"I am big on customer service and how my wife and I are treated by staff. I have stayed at some very hi-end hotels that I won't go back to because of the way they treat people. This hotel was outstanding!! I admit I was skeptical staying at a Comfort Inn and suites, they aren't very good where I live. It was all I could find on our fall leaf excursion and the pictures looked good, so I booked it. From the moment I was greeted at check in, to the cleaning staff, the breakfast staff and anyone I encountered, the treat my wife and I received was top notch! Even the young men at the putt putt course outside were engaging and seemed to actually be happy the were there to help you. From the fresh apples to the hot apple cider, there were details that just kept my wife and I smiling and happy while we were there. Oh yeah! Did I mention the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and we loved being here. This is my go to hotel in this area now. Keep up the outstanding customer service!!"
