“订的套房，但是空间很拥挤，空调的声音很响，住宿体验一般”

“The room is big and clean. All the staff in this hotel are very kind and friendly. It's a perfect place to stay.”

“The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again……

“We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure ”

“Parking was excellent. There were so many excellent choices for breakfast and the hours for breakfast were very convenient whether you are an early riser or sleep in for a bit. The water park pool is safe and fun for littles, but if you want a pool for swimming; this is not it. Very clean rooms with super comfortable beds. Very pleasant and helpful staff. ”

“The room was very clean, so no complaints there. My main issue was the noise, I could hear everything happening in the room next door. The pools were extremely crowded, and while I don’t mind kids having fun, both hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were filled with kids as well, so there wasn’t really an opportunity for adults to relax. The air hockey table was broken and not all of the arcade games were working, which was disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was phenomenal and the service……
