“The location is incredible and there is a wonderful pool, super comfy bed and great views. The property is still being built so our unit was missing a few things from the photos: no TV (not a big deal for us), no table, no door on the bathroom/toilet area or shower. I was traveling with my spouse, so not a big deal, but this would have been awkward with our kids. Lower units appear to be featured in the photos. We’d return and ask about which unit and its completeness. ”

“Casa Flores is a great location to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the sea. The ocean view and sunset are a treat. We lived the walk to the beach only 15 minutes away. The room was comfortable and well arranged, with a space full bathroom and walk in closet. The complementary coffee very welcome in the morning. The pool a delight. ”

“Al ser un hotel reconocido por ser de lujo te esperas que las instalaciones y el servicio hagan match, a la bienvenida todo bien se acercaron a llevarnos los papeles sin embargo al ser clientes nuevos jamas nos dieron recorrido de las instalaciones solo nos llevaron a la habitacion, al ir al restaurante TENOCH eramos solo una mesa y el servicio era lento y no atento, llegaron americanos y claro con sonrisa los recibieron como si nosotros no valieramos, al rato se acercó Leopoldo excelente……

“Exceptional staff and stay. We could not have asked for better service and accommodations. Although the drive is a bit from the airport and it is an unpaved airport, when we first arrived we were greeted by multiple staff with drinks and kind attitudes. We were immediately at ease - a true oasis in the desert. From there it just got better, staff everywhere to help and get drinks and anything you need. Excellent communication through WhatsApp - each time we asked for something they would respond……
