“Breakfast was the"usual" as found at chain hotels offering breakfast. Edible, but unspectacular. Rooms clean, staff courteous, bed extremely comfortable!”

“We chose this hotel for the pool - website stated pool would be out of order through March. It is now April yet the pool was NOT open and the manager claimed this was clearly stated on the website….which it was not. It stated through March. Not friendly or helpful.”

“Tried to get a hold of someone to get an early checkin. Couldn’t get through to anyone that wasn’t AI. Came in an hour early to ask. Was told no, nothing was ready. Got back to the hotel at 9:30 pm. One room was clean, other had hair all over the bed. No one was available for housekeeping and had to change our own sheets. No offer to transfer rooms or find someone to clean it. No acknowledgment of the issue either at checkout”

“I wanted to try the pool it’s very inviting. Heather was very helpful and the maintenance man came promptly and fixed an issue. ”

“We booked online and when we arrived we saw broken and hanging blinds and sheets hanging in some windows. The check in was smooth and the front desk pleasant. There were about 4 cars in the lot. We asked for adjoining rooms and we were told they didn't have any available. Instead we were offered rooms next to each other. One of those rooms clearly had an adjoining room that was empty. They have removed all of the vending machines. The fitness room was full of boxes. The duvet covers had stains……
