“Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially……

“The location is perfect! Easy walk to various subway lines. Many places to eat around the location. The room has a kitchen. It was great to have a place for drinks and easy breakfast and lunch meals. Everything was clean. Very good communication for check in.”

“This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and……

“The apartment is in a great location, was comfortable, and check in was very easy. The King size bed was really comfortable and the Queen was great for our kids. An excellent space for a family. Our only important note that isn’t in the listing is that there are no utensils, plates, or real cups in the unit. There’s only one very small sink in the bathroom so the kitchen really isn’t a functioning kitchen. It was fine with us but should be noted in the description.”

“The location was a great landing point with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The MTA was a 5 minute walk so getting around was easy. And of course there were tons of food options everywhere! Would definitely stay again!”

“The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.”
