The property is located above the La Llum restaurant and there are 5 more apartments, accessible from an exterior staircase.The apartment consists of a terrace with garden furniture, living-dining room with TV/SAT, American kitchen equipped with two ceramic hobs and two gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine and washing machine.There is a bedroom with a double bed with a small balcony, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a full bathroom with shower.The stone beach is located in front of the apartment, the sandy beach is just 300m away. Supermarkets are 400m away, the distance to Denia is 10km and 1.6km to Els Poblets.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included.
