“The front desk clerk was kind and tried to be helpful. The property and rooms were dirty and run down. We did not use the pool so unable to comment on that.”

“The building needs extensive maintenance. The room smelled foul. There was dust and grime even on the cord of the blow dryer. If it was $45 a night place I'd be more understanding. The window screen had a massive hole. The HVAC was unclean, but it kept us cool. I did appreciate the microwave and that there were many USB charging options. It seems that the property owner is probably doing the best they can with limited funds, it may be a good idea to consider whether this property is candidate……

“The hotel seems to be under construction and not up to snuff. There were strange smells immediately in the lobby. The pool was out of order and this was a big disappointment. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone had just used them or they had sat in a wrinkled pile. There was a rip in the curtains. The bathtub drain did not close to seal the tub so I could not take a bath. It was dirty all around the drain. The shower head had pink gunk on it. The lock on the door was broken. After……

“The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card. And speaking of key card-it deactivated (which the manager says happens all the time) so we had to run back downstairs, outside and to the front desk. The bed was very hard and……

“Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of.”

“The mattress of the main bed was stained. The sofa bed was miserably uncomfortable, and the mattress had lots of crumbs on it. We had to request sheets and a blanket for this, even though there were three people in the reservation so we should’ve had sheets in the room.
