“The house was clean; the check in process was a bit wonky, but the host was responsive, when he got reception. while it wasn’t a completely smooth process, the host was very apologetic and willing to work thru the stress of it. I had been enroute for about 15 hours which was part of the stress. We were literally 5 mins away from everything! ”

“Check in easy, great communication. Had everything we needed for just one night. We were lucky to get the last parking spot nearby but that must’ve just been because it was a Friday afternoon. The next morning the street was empty. Home very clean. Only thing was a neighbor left their upstairs light and porch light on all night so even with shades down it lit up our bedroom. The pillows are great! Loved the decor.”

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
