“Well, I will start by saying that I was surprised by the size of the room, which was even smaller then a standard hotel room. It definitely did not match the image online in terms of space. Though it can serve well young travelers who pass by for a couple of days but for my older son and I, it did not work and sadly we booked it for 11 days. Right on the first day we had no hot water, the fresh paint on the walls was so strong that it gave me headache, I kept the shades on the windows down……

“We got to check in early which was a bonus and when we had a water issue they immediately came to clean it up and ultimately helped us move our room. The staff was very nice and the room was great. Ac worked well. It was close to train station and metro stops-a little out of town but we wanted to be close to train station so definitely met that goal. We would stay again and recommend.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.
My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews.
