"The space and layout was good. However we had to kill a big cockroach in the kitchen 20 minutes after checking in. The bedroom our boys were staying in the beds had ants crawling all over them. "This is a Hilton and Hiltons in so many parts if the world so often have the drawbacks of their American corporate parent … like charging to much for amenities. Really annoying. Also, the location isn’t great. I did think that the staff was very good … particularly liked the front desk person who spoke a number of languages and was currently studying d Chinese. So, as is often the case, people make up for some deficiencies in other areas. I should add that there did not seem to be better options in Évora location wise."
