“This property needs a few improvements but the location is great. The lock box is difficult. It was freezing when we arrived and we spent 10 minutes trying to get to the key. The beds leave much to be desired. The hot water ran out after 5 minutes in the shower. The access steps need some care and the lighting is minimum. There is no roku or way to access the Wi-Fi on the tv, just cable channels. And, as a suggestion, the coffee pot should have an auto shutoff. With some attention this could be……

“This house is perfect for staying in Fairhope! Easily sleeps 8 (1 room is bunk beds) but we only had 4. Lots of room with 2 living spaces, and large kitchen / eating area with both a kitchen table and island. The location close to the bay is still a quick and easy walk to the downtown area. Parking out front on the street was never a problem either. It's a beautiful house, very clean and the hosts were easy and fast to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Location, location, location! Such a close and convenient place. Quick walk to coffee (loved the partnership discounts), shops, restaurants, and the pier. House was very clean and well designed with a nice aesthetic. Plenty of room to socialize, and hang out. Host was very accommodating in helping us secure a pack and play for our stay as well as a kitchen item that wasn’t functioning. Fast resolution!
