“This entire staff made us feel welcome from moment we got there. We were coming in for a funeral and they managed to put a smile on our face. This whole staff is amazing!”

“Water pressure was absolutely awful. I almost fell in the shower because you can’t rinse the soap away properly. Breakfast staff was terrible. Gym is laughable. The room itself was fine with the beds being mildly comfy. The front desk person was very hard to understand and told me and my father 2 different things about breakfast. Not worth what they are charging for rooms here.”

“Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Room had water seeping through laminate flooring not sure if it's from cleaning or the ac leaking under it. Only eggs at buffet breakfast was hard boiled. Would have been nice to have a hot tub after a long days travel. Could use a few more seating at pool area, currently only has two tables. Restraunt across parking lot( urban farmhouse) was super convenient and food was very good and affordable.”

“Did not credit amenity deposit. Called many times. Had to dispute! Waste of time! Stayed at hotel for seven hours to sleep ONLY!”

“The lobby was under construction. Spa and gym were both closed and….i received a 5 am wake up call that I didn’t request. I had higher expectations for this hotel.”

“It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. ”
