With sweeping views of the mountains, this 4-acre Villa Estate is reimagined as a rare, intimate retreat for up to Seven guests. Known for its natural beauty, timeless design, and serene setting, this private escape offers a one-of-a-kind experience—where countryside wonder meets refined luxury. Just thirty minutes from the ocean and Legoland, and five minutes from award-winning wineries, it’s the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. The nine-hundred square foot, ten window great room over-looks both vineyards, the orange tree orchard, the activity area, and walking trails. Designed for complete relaxation amongst ultimate luxury with two ten-foot feather and down couches, two high-grade Italian leather lounge chairs, and a professional eight-foot slate pool table for your entertainment and pleasure.
