“I booked the property for a family of four and can't fault any part of it. The communication throughout was excellent and the property was perfect for our needs. The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book this property again. ”

“Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers.”

Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach. Another time I'd leave the car hire, bring my ebike instead, and walk to the local village for provisions.”

Fully fitted kitchen allowing you to eat in or close enough to Falmouth to eat out. The final part of journey to the cottage is by single lane road, people are curtious so it wasn't a problem.”

“Pugwash Cottage is conveniently located on a holiday village just outside of Falmouth. The property is a good configuration but let down by a couple of areas such as the microwave that is very rusted and the floor of the bathroom that requires attention. The bedding and towels however, were excellent. The village has a convenient store where you can pick up essentials and a bar/resaurant.”

“Property was perfect for my family. Lovely and clean and everything that was needed for our stay was there. Beautiful garden and setting with ease of parking right outside. Only one problem was the mattress on the double bed! Terrible sleep due to the large lump in the middle making you roll to each sides. This could easily be solved with a new mattress. ”
