“2 ieme étage pas d’ascenseur, escalier environ 60 cms de large. Pas d’AC, il faisait au moins 32 dans la chambre. Pas de douche seulement un bain dangereux. Parking très difficile. Déjeuner vraiment de base.”

Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This……

“Excellent food in a lovely village next to a main road however when you shut the windows the traffic noise was vastly reduced. The close room was great value.”

“Expectations exceeded reality. Initially the astetics of arriving at the pub/hotel looked promising and the ambiance of the bar area pleasent with polite reception staff.The room (4) was at first site ok, but a more detailed look revealed a more dirty aspect and not as expected. The windows slatted blind very dusty, corner of the bathroom by the door, grime. Black mold in the shower around the metal shelf, the shower head holder broken and loosy fitted the drooping shower head. Under the bed……
