Soaring ceilings, high-end finishes, and a cozy fireplace create a peaceful, design-forward space. Enjoy two spacious bedrooms, a screened porch, and a private patio with gas grill. Just 15 minutes to Saugatuck and 8 to Fennville, it's the perfect escape—secluded yet close to everything. Ideal for couples or small groups seeking privacy and style. The space After turning off a quiet country road and following the winding shared driveway, you’ll arrive at your own private hideaway tucked into nearly 5 acres of wild, natural surroundings. While there is another unit on the property, no indoor or outdoor spaces are shared—just the driveway. You’ll feel completely secluded with plenty of distance, trees, and privacy between you and the neighboring home. Step inside to a striking open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply unwind in style. The primary bedroom features a king bed, luxury linens, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Just off the main living space is a second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, perfect for friends or family. A half bath and washer/dryer make longer stays extra convenient. Outside, take in the peaceful surroundings from your private back patio with gas grill or relax in the screened-in porch—an ideal spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, including the screened-in porch and back patio. The only shared element is the driveway, which is used by one other unit located in the adjoining house. No indoor or outdoor spaces are shared, and the layout ensures full privacy throughout your stay. Self-check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth and easy arrival. Other things to note Please note that this is one of two adjoining homes on the same property. The owner lives in the front "black house" and uses a separate parking area and entrance, and there are no other shared spaces. Also, the home has one full bathroom, which is within the primary bedroom. It was beautifully decorated and had everything necessary for a wonderful 3 night stay. The house is situated in a wooded area with wildflowers and beautiful scenery. We drove into Fennville, Saugatuck and Holland which were only a 15-25 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!
