“We liked the renovations. ”

“The property was very unique with the Rock theme. The lobby was very pleasant to hang out in. I especially liked the fireplace and the pool and shuffleboard tables. The outside are was wonderful too.”

“What I like about this hotel is that the front desk people are so very welcoming very friendly and super nice. The dining room area is always nice and clean, hallways and elevator are always clean. And the room very clean. ”

“The room was clean but the bed was hard and the pillows very soft. The shower was kind of a puzzle to operate with the faucets. It was extremely difficult to adjust the temperature and the water pressure was terrible, A couple of floor boards were loose and they seemed to crack when walked on.”

“Breakfast options could be better especially for kids but overall pleasant stay at AVID. Rooms were small but totally fine for one night stay. Staff was helpful and accomodating.”

“The area was beautiful, the hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. The only issue was that they were renovating the lobby and they didn't have any dining option after 9pm. I asked in the lobby where can we have something to eat and they couldn't tell me where. ”

“Recently remodeled rooms with nice new beds, TV, bathrooms and floors. Was able to be the first person to get into the room we stayed. Lots of remodeling being done outside with new electric sign and blacktop repair. Very modern with new ownership now a Quality Inn. Enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“It’s beautiful as always. Staff is so hospitable. Sights and Sounds is walking distance away. There are many options of hotels to choose from, but it’s just nice to come back here”

“Cute little cottages. Clean and Maintained well inside and out. However our beds needed to be replaced. uncomfortable and noisy and pillows hard. staff was made aware and immediately offered us another cottage. Since we were out all day and were going out again in two hours we didnt want to bother for just one more night. They offered to help us move but my mother is 95 so we didnt take them up on offer. hopefully they will review their mattresses and pillows and replace. I would consider……

“The staff are lovely people. The room is very large. It's quaint in appearance and looks like it is a restored historic community . It's right on a local highway but quiet. Easy to connect with the area sights.”
