Unfortunately, all of the “hot” tubs were only kept at a lukewarm temperature, making them uncomfortable and not enjoyable to use. As a result, we weren’t able to use them at all during our stay. I do feel that the hot tubs are somewhat misrepresented, and this was a significant disappointment given that it was a key reason for our booking."
