“Clean room, staff very pleasant, found parking easily could see my car right out my window, didn’t eat so I can’t remark about that.”

“My room sink was stained with some type of hair dye and the toilet had hard staining inside.room was dusty the lamps had dust all around. I also asked for room service 3 times until i finally saw a cleaning member out in the hall and asked her for room service. the toilets also clog up super fast I bought a plunger from walmart & then I heard other guest speaking about the same problem while we were in the elevator. hotel has a weird funky smell and the carpets are stained. the AC worked fine……

“Room was not in great shape (holes in the wall, no linens for the food out sofa bed, some mold in the bathroom). There were no accessible outlets in the main sleeping room. When we checked in, the room key wouldn't work so we had to go to a different room. The pool was very cold (heater broken?) and only 1 available towel. The staff was only one person who was helpful, but overwhelmed by all the responsibilities she had.”
