"This condo is a true gem! It was elegant, serene, exceptionally well-decorated and, we felt, located in the most desirable area within the community. The whole experience was like we were in a resort: On one hand it was a peaceful retreat for us - the lanai was our private oasis where we could sip our morning coffee and unwind at sunset over a cocktail gazing at a serene water view. I later got email (day before arrival) from a totally different company that manages the property. The message arrived 3pm and asked that i CALL a phone number between 10 am and 3:30pm that day. "This is the second summer we have stayed at this condo. The owners are great - so accommodating, easy to work with, communication is excellent. The area is really nice! Close to all of the tourist areas around St Augustine and Jacksonville and the beaches, but not so close that you feel overwhelmed by all of the traffic and people. Really love staying here!"
