6STP73 - SAINT PIERRE LA MER Furnished house equipped for 6 people.
Residence Saint Pierre access to shops and the beach on foot.
Charming family home consisting of a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, serving the main room with living room, sofa, dining table for 6 people and television.
Separate bedroom with a double bed and storage cupboard.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with a mezzanine and a chest of drawers. There is also a bathroom with shower.
Outside, there is a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the garden.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
Not suitable for PRMs.
The tourist tax is extra.
The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.

Unterkunft eigentlich in Ordnung

Die einzigen Schwachpunkte der Unterkunft ist die Toilette unter der Treppe und die Hitze im Sommer, die die Temperatur in den schlafräumen auf 30°C und mehr durchgehend werden lässt.
