For one they didn’t even have our rooms ready because somebody had already took them. When we went up to look at the first room that we had booked, it was worse than the second room. Our friends didn’t even stay in that room. They ended up bunking up with us because ours was somewhat better, but it was still disgusting and terrible. Two we get in the two rooms that they gave us and they were disgusting. There was blood on the beds. Sheets were not clean they were hairs pubic hairs all over the sheets. The air conditioner didn’t work. The bathroom had no privacy. The door was broken with holes in it. toilet seat was broken falling off the toilet. The shower door had two holes in it. There was no continental breakfast and the customer service was terrible. I would like a refund.
