"Extreme bad!!!! First, the hotel has changed. There is no sign to say hotiday. And it is on one way street. I cycle the road for one hour and I finally went in to ask. Second. It says free parking. The car park is full and there are no street parking. Very very bad. Lastly. I stay Friday to Tuesday. Entire stay, WiFi is down. Nobody fixes. The explain is “it is weekend”. I want my full money back. I wasted so much my money on my phone roaming, time for parking. Nothing good about...

"Hotel is in an excellent location near train station and so easy access when we arrived in florence. Has a lot of character and room was good. Could have done with easier access to charge phones and other tech within room. The bathroom was clean but could use a new coat of paint. Great and powerful shower. "It's clearly a block of flats that has been converted to a hotel. My room was a bit cramped but for a few nights, I could live with it. There is a slight smell which in high summer is likely to be prominent. If you don't expect a 5 star experience, then it's OK. My room was clean, the staff friendly enough and walking distance to all the major sights. If I was back in Florence, would I stay there again, probably not, but I've no real complaints. Just don't expect too much and you'll be fine."

"The Staff at the Hoxton were very nice, enjoyed chatting with them, and they answered all questions. They helped arrange a very early taxi pickup - 4 am. The outdoor patio area was one of my favorites. I enjoyed the outdoors while sipping a prosecco or reading on the very comfy furniture. The attached restaurant was very good - a little pricey."
