“The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”
