"Orange Beach Villas was the perfect place for us, located a mile and a half from the venue we were attending at the Warf. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by and only a short piece to the beach. The host Teri is the best, there was a little glitch when we originally booked on VRBO, but Teri worked with us and took care of it, Thank You Again Teri for being so understanding. The Villa had everything we needed and was immaculate. Very quite area and sitting on the Patio for morning coffee...

"Two negative things Tile floor was filthy - socks and feet were black. Mattresses - semi okay but definitely cheap and difficult to get comfortable"

"We had an excellent and relaxing time here, the views from the living room, kitchen, and covered 2nd story coverd deck were amazing and beautiful. House was clean and maintained, and the host was easy to reach, and respinsive for questions. All necessities were supplied, and appliances were new and operational. "The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)"

"WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. "Great Location near the beach. Check in process is a little off as they don’t send you access to rental until the day you travel so makes for a nervous drive there. Most places give you instructions and then tell you not to arrive until a certain time. All in all a great place to stay. The dog area usually has vehicles parked in it so makes it tougher to take your dogs out. Second stay and would stay again though."

"This is our second time staying here and we will be back every year! We bring our family for cheer competition at the wharf. This year I was very close to delivering our baby and wasn’t sure if we would make it, the host was so accommodating. The outdoor set up is so nice, our whole family (my husband and I, 6 kids) really enjoyed watching a movie together and being able to eat together at the table. Not to mention the park is so close we could sit in chairs in the driveway and watch our kids...
