“Our stay at Sugar Beach was excellent. At the beautiful location between the Pitons we were greeted by our friendly butler who had prepared a nice welcoming for me and my pregnant wife. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to my wife’s needs. We tried all the different restaurant options and everything from the lunch burger to the steak dinner was great. “The majority of the staff was very nice and accommodating. Tyran and Mark Daniel were exceptional with exhibitions of outstanding customer service: The rooms were nice and room service was an added benefit. The food selection was great. The check out check in process was fairly smooth. But, releasing the hold on credit cards afterwards can be quicker . I am still waiting a week later. The pool party and the ocean view was amazing. The fact that they incorporated Mothers Day into the celebration……

“This was our first visit to a Sandals hotel. We didn’t really know what to expect, but upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome song by the friendly staff. The room was nice, but the styling felt a bit outdated. The minibar was stacked with drinks and alcohol, however seeing as my wife was pregnant neither of us drank. The entire staff was very friendly and our butlers were very nice and attentive to my wife’s wellbeing. There were two pool areas and we decided to spend most of our time at……

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but a bit dated, would have preferred a room with a key card or passcode but you get 1 physical key. The inn is very quiet but the hotel is a short distance away with a bit more emtertainment. I liked that you have access to all facilities of the Bay Gardens properties once you're a guest at one. ”

“The property includes well appointed accommodation space with ensuites for the two large bedrooms and living space. The views over the surroundings stretchibg towards Rodney bay are wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Rodney bay with abundance of shopping area, convenience stores, 12 minutes to Gros Islet for the Friday Street Party. Car is recomended to take full advantage. Host very attentive, responsive and making us feel very welcome. Warmly recomended.”
