"We did self park. Parking lot was right behind the hotel. The room and view were fine. Only issue was the tv, safe and refrigerator were all unplugged. We had to call maintenance. Also, the bathrooms appeared clean but there were several hairs in the shower. I hate seeing that. "

"The room was clean and comfortable though the view from my spot on the 4th floor was pretty poor. Internet and tv are a problem. Went down to the front desk to get the internet connected but then it dropped out repeatedly over my three night stay. Gave up on the tv as the on screen directions for basic cable viewing did not work on my remote. Didn’t have meals in the hotel as it surrounded by great dining options."

"The only negative note I had was I wanted to be able to go to my balcony to check out the city from my room but besides that. I had a WONDERFUL stay. The rooms were nicely organized and cleaned and the showers felt amazing. If I ever go to Chicago, i will definitely book with them again! "

"Unfortunately it wasn’t a great stay. Our room was not serviced for two of the four days, despite asking for it. In addition, the outdoor pool was closed for the duration of the stay despite being advertised on booking and was one of the reasons the hotel was booked. Breakfast was good but has an awkward system where a credit is allocated and if it’s exceeded it’s charged to your room, could be better. "
