“First of all, my husband and I are NOT high maintenance. We are NOT complainers. But this experience was beyond rediculous. I checked in and had a very friendly conversation with the host. We went to our room- the outside was covered with dead bugs and spiderwebs. The room was clean but had a stale odor.. like old smoke. I called the front desk and was told they had no other rooms. We attempted to turn on the AC but all that came out of the vents was warm air. My husband checked the closet and……

“Room was decent but it had a bad smell when you walked in. There was a empty wall airfreshener plug in and a little mold behind the toilet. Asked the cleaning staff to leave cleaning towels and toilet paper for next overnight stay, got back to room and nothing there. Had to go to office for the items. Breakfast was the usual continental items. 1st night coming back not a single parking space in the lot, we needed a handicap spot and had to park far from the entrance in a place that wasn't even a……

“Not sure what exactly my nose was smelling. The smell would come and go. So assuming some type of tobacco smoke getting into the room I was in ?? My allergies were not happy. I did noticed the carpets appeared to have ground in dirt. Might want to buy a Hoover carpet cleaner and clean a room at a time. The floor part in my room felt sticky when walking on. Maybe to prevent a person from slipping? Towels and bed sheets were white and clean. They had a nice selection of shampoo,……

“We got In kind of late 940pm..... I have a 13 and 11 year old and we changed and got to the pool just in time for 10 min of pool time to cool off. When the lady came to lock up she told us to take our time and let her know when we were finished. That was August 1st I don't know her name but she worked until 11:00 p.m. she told us.
