"Guests can sometimes ruin the experience."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, I was lied to by one of th front desk assistants about parking. The room was too cool and I could not change the temperature. The hotels does not have a microwave which was highly inconvenient. I was on the 25th floor and had to the bottom floor to use the communal microwaves. The parking lot was not attached to an elevator. So I had to walk with my luggage up two flights of steps and down a long hallway before getting to an elevator. I am glad I was able to walk. What would happen if someone was disabled? I would NOT stay there again."

"Location is top notch, literally 20 feet to King St and all of the shops. Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Sophia. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay there again. "

"We as business travelers when we pick hotel not only for convenience but for comfort i been coming to Hampton Inn for years now.This first time i been disappointed. I love the remodel with big screen T.V it was clean inside but only one problem the bed felt like i was sleeping on the floor.I paid 200 dollars for your accommodation an couldnt sleep.I drove fours was tired didn't get my proper rest i left 5 in morning to make back get in on bed you are not motel 6.
