“Check in staff and night staff was great. Day staff was not helpful and often times not as nice as night staff. Multiple times night staff asked if we needed a late check out at 12:00pm to just let them know and they would take care of us. Night staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. If I based my review on the night staff it would be all 5 stars. Daytime staff acted like they did not care wether we stayed their or not. Additionally after multiple nights of staff……

“The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't bother me, the room was large and I really appreciated the door between the bedroom and living room. The elevator was rickety, so we took the stairs often. There was a terrible smell in one of the stair wells. The furniture (fold out couch and chairs) were decent, but they really need to be cleaned, a professional wet hoover would do wonders. The bed was comfy enough. Shower was great even though the water pressure was not good. The employees were friendly……

“This resort was a slice of Heaven in an area that feels quite remote. The check in is amazing because they just text you a code to get into your room so you don’t have to go to a main desk. The room felt massive and was extremely clean&gorgeous. There was a mini fridge that kept our food perfectly cold, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds were well cared for, and just down the block we found a beautiful river. They were very welcoming to my dog, who I brought to get him out of the……
