“I like this hotel for the price and location, the ocean view was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, but the 3rd day the water went off. So, I was able to wash the dishes, take a bath or wash my clothes. You also have to request that housekeeping change your towels, I went chasing the ladies on all the floors just to get some clean towels before I realized that i could send an email directly to the office and make my request known.”

While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.”

“INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here……

“The location is great and generally the rooms are nice. It is a great Bargain for your buck, especially if you are someone who likes your own kitchen and space. Perfect for a family trip in my case a business trip. There was a washer and dryer and detergent provided. Rooms were also easily available on short notice which was great. My only issue is there can be a little more attention to maintenance of the units (making sure lights and AC units are working and pipes aren't leaking). Also……
