“I knew I’d write this review within moments of stepping inside the condo. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. As former residents of HB, it was important that we be near the beach; the condo’s location was ideal and having dedicated parking in that part of Sunset was ideal; a quick walk and you’re in the sand! The home itself is lovely - the pictures online are absolutely what you see when you’re there. We especially appreciated having the option to run the AC splits,……

“Super easy check in and the home was perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen and great quiet location. Off street parking was a huge bonus! The only issue was the missing laundry room key.”

“Anna was wonderful to work with. Her property was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay here again!”

“This space was exactly as listed. It is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space for my stay.The room is a bright space and everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and some housewares to be able to eat & drink in the room. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Linda was absolutely wonderful to communicate with! She was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The unit itself was spacious, and we appreciated having a designated parking space and being close to the beach since we were staying for Warped Tour weekend. We initially had trouble accessing the unit because the provided door code did not work, but Linda responded promptly and helped us resolve it.The main drawback was that we did not feel entirely comfortable with the unit’s security……

“Best to plan on not checking in early as you really can't tell if its available until the last minute. The key fab for entrance and parking was difficult entrance.That being said the places was beautiful, big open, quiet and location great and clean and quiet.The full time tenants couldn't have been nicer.”

“Absolutely horrible experience renting from this company. We booked what was advertised as a luxury penthouse in Long Beach and instead arrived to a unit in serious disrepair. One bedroom was rendered unusable due to a leaking roof that flooded the room, bathroom doors would not close (eliminating privacy), and there were visible holes in the walls.Maintenance was outsourced and issues were not resolved in a timely or effective manner. We unknowingly entered into a rental that clearly required……
