“I was put in a handicapped room I did not request. The TV did not work. Called the front desk and a woman came down to check the TV. This is when she admitted the hotel knew there was a problem with the TV but did not bother to tell me before checking in. The room was like an icebox when I arrived. Tired to turn the heat on for a short bit and the heat DID NOT work! In the middle of the night the chain broke on the toilet handle. Had to lift the toilet tank lid to flush. Room stunk so bad……

“We always stay at Spring Hill Suits in Frankenmuth! This time the refrigerator wasn't cooling very well we told the front desk! It was taken care of the next day!”

“They are doing some renovations, but it didn't impact at all on our stay. Altogether a very pleasant experience. No complaints whatsoever.”

“Toilet clogged bad for no reason of our own, the room and hotel overall were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the jacuzzi was HOT - comfortably hot though. The pool is 3.5 feet all around no deeper/shallow end but still fun to swim”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“The room i was in had an awful smell that I couldn't identify and there were no other rooms available. luckily I was only there 2 nights over priced for sure with fees and extra charges, but had no other options locally and there was a baseball tournament going on so there were no options close. Only ended up there because the hotel I was staying at for work was over booked that weekend and I didnt reserve early enough for the weekend... and the deadbolt didnt work. And the house keeping knocked……

“The bed was not comfortable and appeared to be broken, there was one towel for use and no breakfast. For a hotel at this cost, more amenities would have been nice!”

“we had to ask for clean towels on the next day. shower was terrible had to face a certain way to keep the water from coming out of shower. they need longer shower curtains to help keep water from running out of shower.”

“Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also……
