The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). “The place wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floor pretty noticeably had lint and dog hair. No scrubber for washing dishes.Dishes weren’t put away. “The property was great for us as we attended the Auburn Amphitheater. Location worked out great. The unit has a very musky smell and if you have allergies it may cause issues. We kept windows open and fans on constantly to keep air fresh. The pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable , very hard. The positives … unit very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Communication with staff excellent and they immediately responded to questions about the unit. They were professional and……
