“The only complaint I have is the room was not cleaned well. But the staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice and quiet”

“If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this is okay but bring your own cleaning supplies because it is not clean. This place could definitely use a DEEP clean, the carpets look very dirty. Our room was not very clean but supposedly “we arrived early” even though check in time was 2 o’clock when we arrive we were told it was actually 3, they said to give them 15 minutes and our room would be ready.. we sat and watched them and the only thing they did was replace bedding, towels, and……

“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”

“There was nothing unique about the property. It was poorly maintained. Starting at the entrance, the steps were in a state of disrepair. It was advertised as beautifully renovated but we found it mediocre and poor workmanship. While the room had adequate space, there was no seating provided. Upon inquiry, the desk staff said he could provide a folding chair. Nothing seemed geared to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ice machine on our floor was inoperative. “May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”
