“Shared dorm room for 6 so quite a busy room. Cleaned everyday, room stayed cool in the heat. Lovely atmosphere and the guys on reception really helpful for organising money exchange, buses, eSIM and answering questions. Hotel is right in Colaba and by India Gate, 25 minute stroll to the Wankhede cricket stadium for the T20 World Cup. Fantastic time in Mumbai and the hotel ticked all the boxes. ”

“Intercontinental Mumbai is right next to the coast. Great view. It has no spa facilities but offers services in the guest room. There was a 20 min complimentary foot massage for guests. There are two restaurants, both offer excellent Indian and western food. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. ”

“Very good location, close to those sightseeing spots such as Horniman Circle, St.Thomas Cathedral, Mombay High Court, University of Mumbai&Tower, Prince of Wales Museum. Manager Arshad is very friendly and helpful with good English but other staff is not at all and even ignore you without respond, they don't speak English either. Breakfast is poor with 1 cup of tea, plain bread(not toasted) with a bit butter on it( already done when serve), a small omelette, that's it. And you have to……

“I arrived at 3am in the morning from a very long flight + it was very first time in India. I booked the hotel for the date I arrived but stupidly I failed to realise the check in wouldn’t be until 3pm. The receptionist told me all the rooms were fully booked for the night. He told me not to worry and I can stay in the reception lobby until the morning, a soon as a guest left in the morning they got the room ready for me🙏 I thought this was a very nice gesture of the hotel ”
