“A charming hotel in a beautiful setting. A bar that sells real local ale, which was amazing, and a great restaurant serving excellent well priced food. Excellent breakfast as well. Great staff, great service. I will return. Many thanks”

“Apartment was on the 2nd floor up three flights of steps. Being elderly the steps were a bit steep for us. Apartment itself had been well prepared for us and was very comfortable.”

Being returning guests, who enjoy the village and surrounding area, are aware that if you are unable to check-in before the restaurant closes for lunch time service, you have to wait until 18.00hrs when restaurant re opens for evening service to check-in, though there is a phone number on the door. Expedia on their confirmation says you can check-in anytime from 14.00hrs.”
