“Overall good experience”

“Staff was over-the-top helpful and fun.”

“Only thing was tv remote. Room was clean , bathroom, microwave & refrigerator. We have stayed there three times . We will again probably two more times this year.”

The room was clean, but the soap dispenser in the shower room was empty. We were only given 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for four people. The lights were unplugged. The TV didn't work. The grass around the property was overgrown up to our ankles. Broken glass window in the pool room near the hot tub. There was a vehicle parked……

“If I choose to return, it would definitely be for the staff and the breakfast!! Oh, and the warm chocolate chip cookies at check in! Our room was clean, but the beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The soap was as dry as Ivory, and the tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner turned my hair into a mass of straw. It was so dried out that it didn't look like I got it wet at all. Definitely take your own! The location was great, although our view was a concrete wall! The Grand view was on……

“We had a nice, short stay, and even were allowed a refund when we were ready to leave a day early. Great location.... Could do without the stairs. I'd forgotten how spoiled I am with luggage and going up and down.”
