“The rooms were great - effectively like Uni halls rooms, we were given a section of 7 double bed rooms between 10 of us and a self serve kitchen. As it was for the purposes of a Stag do, it worked very well and would highly recommend other stag groups to book the same! It was also situated in a brilliant location - close to the town centre - and was easy to enter and exit the property, even at late night.”

“In the heart of Latin Quarter, literal steps to all of the restaurants and bars along Quay. Loved being so close to everything. Room is very small but that’s the point. Affordable, great location (~10 min walk to bus or train stations or ferry). Staff was extremely helpful.”

“Room was dark and dated although bed was good. Food was good. Could not access whirlpool area after 6 and needed a reservation? Room definitely overpriced. French atmosphere more than Irish was a disappointment.”

“This could not be in a better location. A couple minutes walk to the train station or bus station, several cafes and restaurants walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the tourist area (Spanish arch, Galway Bay, Latin quarter) it was extremely safe as we had to use our key card four times to get into our room which we appreciated. It was extremely quiet as we were on the back side. There was a shared kitchen which was great for the fridge. Our room had plenty of storage with two closets and full……

“bunch of issues you can’t get to your hotel with your car, had to illegally park the car and get the bags to the hotel and then park the car at a lot a couple blocks away. the room was extra small where your bags block you from walking around the bed. the bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship if you ever been on one. the sink had one of the faucets where it has separate faucet for hot and cold. then i knew we were in trouble when they put ear plugs on the nightstand due to a noisy bar……

“The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is parking on site. The food in the restaurant was great. Close to downtown Galway, about 20 minute walk. Highly recommend this property.”

“This place was in a good location. All the room items were up to date and looked great. The only challenge was the tv satellite antenna did not work (we were trying to watch the World Cup games) and the image came in distorted and mostly it said the connection wasn’t good. The floor heater was also locked and so we couldn’t turn on the heater. Check in was a little difficult and the machine wouldn’t let us check in. Luckily a manger happened to be in the building and helped us get the machine……

“Great Aircon in the room. Perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants. We ate at Brassrie on the Square. It was fantastic! Book a reservation and eat here. Beds were firm. Clean room. Front desk was helpful. Listen to their directions and you should be OK. Note; Park at the car park at the train station - 6.50 euros daily for 24 hours.”
