“Wonderful hotel in one of the castle wings. Room was large, but the bathroom was small and has a bathtub with shower, it’s OK, but not more. In the castle cellar is the Czech National Wine Centre, where they have over 160 wines from the Czech Republic, and you can buy s ticket for 2 hours and taste as many as you want, each wine has a large fold-up with data and a QR code so you can read in other languages. Valtice is a very nice little town, there are many wine-bars and restaurants, well worth……

“Kind and helpful staff. We tried to contact the hotel about our dietary needs. There was no reply but the breakfast host helped as soon as she could after our arrival. There's also clearly a problem with the door keys losing their magnetic stripe data. Keep the cards away from phones and sources of magnetic fields or you will get locked out!”

“Mir gefällt die Art des Hotels,welches kein 0815-Touribunker ist. Es liegt praktisch bei der Messe und beim Prater, man ist schnell bei einer Haltestelle der Öffis und die Superbude ist damit eine gute Ausgangsbasis. Die Leute, die da arbeiten, sind im Schnitt recht jung, aber eher bunt und alternativ. Im Hotel wird auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet und auf Vertrauen. Geputzt wird, wenn man es wünscht. Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer und die Kinderbetten waren wie Kojen in der Wand mit Licht und……

“Breakfast great. Room was in good condition but it was missing some cleaning in some areas and mirrors. And you have to request for the room to be cleaned, which is a bit annoying. They could do every 2 days or smthg like that. Location is a bit far but is well connected with transport (underground) so that's not a problem. Staff was very helpful and very kind all the time. ”
