“we arrived by taxi that could barely get to location, parking lot (dirt) above thru narrow street. couldn't find location. called host, took almost an hour to finally meet, then location wasn't in jesla which was disappointing because location was described differently. further, no AC. further we expressed issues and tried to find reasonable solution but they wouldn't work with us. we didn't receive any reimbursement, we had to leave and find another place. ”

“Almost new. Clean, comfortable and well presented. Comfortable bed. However, our host Marija was outstanding in the assistance that she gave us. There are lots of stairs to access the property and she carried our heavy bags both up and down. She also arranged a home delivery meal for us as we were both tired from our travels. ”

“Expedia's question started "How was your stay at Apartmani Loredana - 2-bedroom-apartment". The biggest issue was that this is not a 2 bedroom apartment, it is a small 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed. When searching I had even used Expedia's filter function to only include 2 bedroom apartments. The people who it belonged to were a charming couple who went out of their way to help us. The settee was let down into a double bed, but this involved an extensive process which meant it had to be……
