“The Lodge at Mountaineer Square was tremendous! Highly recommend. We visited in July and stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. We traveled with an EV and there are plenty of both Tesla and CSS destination (level 2) chargers in the garage.”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”

“This place was ok. The staff was super kind and friendly, which was the highlight for me. The pine in the rooms was beautiful. The rooms were noisy and every morning we were woken up by the noise of other guests. The window fan for cooling blows straight at the head of the bed, which gave me a sore throat. That window fan also exposed us to all the noise of the outside walkway and the poor air quality from wildfires. The hot tub closes at 9pm, which in the summer is too early! The sun has barely……

“Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.”

“The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. ”

“The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal ”

“The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction.”
