“This is such a cute place, so close to downtown TC. The unit was extremely clean and the host was quick to answer any and all questions I had! We would definitely stay here again for future trips! The cider was also a nice added bonus!”

“The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.”

“Heat did not work. Condo was very cold. Host provided space heaters but we could not run them all as it tripped the breakers each time. Host had no solution for this. No compensation was offered, other than 5 hours before check in the host told me I could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund me. Obviously finding somewhere else to stay with 5 hours notice for a family vacation was not an option. Bathroom was dirty. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain, baseboards covered in dust and……
