“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“Parking was an issue as it is on street parking and the town had an overnight parking ban. This was not fault of Janie but perhaps onstreet parking might be better description The unit was spotless ”
