Everything else was fine, but the cleanliness and hospitality were very poor. The reception was not helpful, and the room was not cleaned properly. You had to call several times or go in person just to have the towels changed. Overall, the housekeeping service was very weak and disappointing.

The room presented fine, bed was very uncomfortable. The TV sound couldn’t be heard over the terrible whistling sound coming from under the front door. We put a towel to seal it which helped, we wedged another chair against an inter joining room door which continued to bang in and out. The facilities were fine pool etc all good. Got stuck in elevator twice wouldn’t recommend staying here for the cost.

Great Ocean view, reside next to the beach, overlooking enitre surfers paradise. Next to shopping area, heaps of food options and pubs around. Not to mention a night market right in front of the hotel. Great location, best experience in GC.
