“The mansion is beautiful and the room (hotel side) was clean, but the property was not maintained. My reservation was for Friday thru Monday which you would think being a weekend there would be guests staying. I believe I was one of three. It felt deserted/abandoned. I saw one staff member my whole stay. There were no amenities, not even an ice machine. I checked out a day early because I was just not comfortable. It felt like a scene from a horror movie. Very disappointing. So much potential.”
