Gracias”

“Accessible, very clean, nice staff ”

“Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.”

“it is quite close to Granada station. Only 7-8 mins walking but with a slight slope. Room is big and also the bathroom is really big. Gym room is simple and nice. Breakfast is ok if more variety is better.”

Recomendado!!”

“The only process to improve is check-in, which you only get the email instructions mins around check in time, imagine those without WiFi. I didn’t get the email even I had the service, but the message communication was effective to have the maid open the front door and give us the code. My suggestion is to get the main door code earlier if the room is not ready so it doesn’t delay the process and lessens the worries from travellers.”
