“Most beautiful location close to Lucca. Loved the green rolling hills around it. The breakfast was delicious and you could sit outside overlooking the hills. It was majestic. My family loved the pool too.”

“Great location, but hotel not maintained well. There was a sewerage smell coming up through drains in the bathroom. If you want extra towels they charge you. They have a pool but don’t provide towels for it. The front desk staff was a bit rude at times. Good you can park there though.”

Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. “We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The breakfast was a great spread including homemade pesto. We were staying for a concert and the next morning they were playing the band’s music at breakfast which we thought was a sweet touch. Very well located for train travel too.
