Lakefront Retro Style Retreat with Cedar Sauna, central AC, jacuzzi - fits 18ppl

Lakefront Retro Style Retreat with Cedar Sauna, central AC, jacuzzi - fits 18ppl

10/10 Excellent
"The property was as advertised. It's very eclectic and might not fit all groups but it was perfect for us. It is essentially 3 separate units that have adjoining doors through the largest bedrooms. The bedrooms face the water and have great decks. All the kitchens have everything you need, although the retro appliances are smaller than most of us are used to. Our grandkids loved the retro video games and having 1 in each unit meant adults could chat in quiet. The price, while expensive, is consistent with the area and location. It was exceptionally clean even though it's a bit older construction and shows a little wear and tear. The little touches, like record players (and records), games, children's books, and decor made it feel very homey. The hosts were very responsive and communicated as much as necessary. There are a few rules that may seem strict for some people, but we understand as necessary for some septic systems. The only thing missing is an indoor table with enough seating for a large group. We were able to be outside as we had great weather. The beach at the park is a quick 5 minute drive and it was fantastic. Quiet time was very quiet. The only sounds were an occasional goose."
