“It's well located downtown. Everything was clean and fine. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was OK. The warming cabinet left the egg patties cold though. Otherwise, coffee was good and good selection. My kid was very happy with the waffle maker. Good stay at a smaller quiet property. I will stay again.”

“This is a lovely, clean, nice , quiet , beach side hotel, with ocean view rooms that are spacious, well kept and clean , beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a nice balcony with a table and chairs and a beautiful ocean view that is breathtaking at any time of day or night , this hotel offers direct easy beach access along with great amenities like a pool and hot tub , fast and easy check in and check out . Friendly and very nice and helpful staff . The lobby also has little brochures……

“We were in Jacksonville for the FL High School State Track & Field Championship. We loved the roominess and amenities of the room—-Dishes, full refrigerator and stove (though we didn’t have time to use that). There were great charging stations in the room & we enjoyed Netflix movies and microwaved kettle corn in our room at night. We walked to a restaurant just up the road & trekked to a nice regional park a little over a mile up the road. The hotel staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and……

“Worst bed I have had in years Furniture covered in rust or spray paint”

“Second time staying. Everyone is very nice and the rooms have been remodeled nicely. Beds are comfortable however, bring your own pillow. The pillows are like bricks. Great location ”

“Hotel appears to be relatively new. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Ideally located if rooms in Gainesville are too expensive but Gainesville is where you need to go, as they were on the occasion of UF graduation.”
