“Location was perfect, just a few minutes from the arena. We were able to drive back during breaks which was extremely convenient. Cute neighborhood with a great coffee shop. ”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this very quaint, cozy cottage! We stayed here for two nights while we were traveling back and forth from the Ohio Renaissance Festival, and we honestly wished we had booked an additional night just to be able to enjoy the cottage for an extra day! The cottage has been renovated very tastefully, and makes the most of the space since it has. The full bathroom was definately on the smaller side, but we made it work! “We were visiting for a performance at the Murphy Theater. The location was so very relaxing and in such a serene and beautiful area. The drive back the lane to get to the cabin was a gravel road. Check in was simple and seamless. There were two other cabins in the vicinity of ours, but you had the total illusion of being out there by yourself. The position of our cabin compared to the others was staggered, so while on the back deck, you can barely see part of the deck on the cabin next door. The……

“Property was very, very clean and well-equipped. Front porch will accommodate friends or family. Beds were comfortable, temperature was easy to control, and neighborhood was very quiet—except for the trains, of course. Host provided lots of ear plugs, so we even slept through trains. (I’m pretty sure you can’t stay in Tipp City without hearing the trains.) Bathroom was large and had lots of amenities. We will definitely try to stay here on our next visit to Tipp City. ”
